Biography

I am an Assistant Professor of Data Science at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, University of Houston-Downtown. My research interests include the use of molecular dynamics simulation and interpretable machine learning to study structural and thermodynamics properties of proteins and polymers, computational & data sciences, scientific computing and HPC. I am also interested in applying machine learning techniques in solving bioinformatics related problems.
